Bushley Houseboat is not just a vessel; it's a testament to transformation and creativity. Originally an old grain barge, this unique houseboat undertook a complete refit - blending rustic charm with modern comfort.

Outcome

"We employed Julian and his team to project manage the conversion of our houseboat from a 100 ft grain barge into a 5 bedroomed family home. We were recommended Julian by some friends who had used him for some work on their houseboat which they were very impressed with, and he did not disappoint. His expertise were invaluable to us mere novices, not just telling us what needed to be done, but explaining it to us along with any varying options to make sure we fully understood why and how it could impact the project. Julian and his team are communicative, always happy to pick up the phone and run ideas through, and worked well with the various trades that we used outside their own team. The work on the boat was done to a high standard and there was nothing that hadn’t been thought of. Quite simply, if it weren’t for Julian and his team we would still have an uninhabitable grain barge!"
